Okay, we may not know you personally, nor know about your personal likes and dislikes, nor know your precise circumstances, but we would like to share with you some awesome facts, that we hold dear, that we believe are true about you! Yes, this page is all about you, and we would invite comment. We’d love to hear from you!   Composition? Are you just a collection of atoms and molecules, just a number on a government database, lonely or in a loveless relationship? Find your job boring, or life just a bit hard to stand, sometimes. Wanting more? Sometimes, do you feel that life is too fast, that you hope there’s more to life but are not sure what to do next? Ever feel that you’re a stranger on a journey, but you’re not sure where you’ve come from and what the aim of the journey is? You are more than a collection of atoms and molecules. We believe that you are one being (consisting of mind, body and spirit), and so we look at you holistically! You are not a human having a spiritual experience; but you are a spiritual being, having a human experience! Whatever, work you do, however much (of little) money or possessions you have, your worth does not consist in their abundance. You are of noble origin - being born of God, a ‘chip off the old block’ - so what need have you of gold and silver? You are a prince or princess, already, in that cosmic court over which the Divine presides!  Purpose? So why are you here? You are unique, and have been gifted with skills and attributes, a unique personality to further, in small ways and large, the unfolding work of the Divine. Could the Divine progress the forms and events we experience around us? Ofcourse! But the Divine has chosen all of us - and that includes you - to work through! So, you have an important role to play and a specific meaning and purpose in life. And, you’ve got the gifts and skills potentially to achieve your mission in life! But....! There always seem to be a ‘but’, some obstacle to living life to the full, to enjoying life and achieving what we believe we’re called to do, called to ‘be’! It can be summed up as being unaware! Ancient texts refer to it as like a ‘sleep’ and exhort us by saying, ‘sleeper, awake!’ Modern movies like ‘The Matrix’ suggest that it’s an illusion, a dream to keep us from realising the truth. ‘Pleasantville’, another movie suggests that we all ‘live small’, and the answer is to ‘think big’ or ‘think outside the box’! ‘I feel so sleepy....so comfortable...’ Right now, you may, if you’re in an authentic, honest, ‘reflective’ mood, realise that you, like us, go through life, many times, just ‘coasting’, not realising our potential, and not understanding and doing what we’re called to do, not being the person we are destined to be’. So, it is like a ‘fog’, a ‘dream’, an illusion, or a ‘sleep’! Things may seem comfortable and you might feel ‘you’ve made it’, or you might feel that the mission is too big, to tough! Not so, and you’re missing so much action, so much fun, so much (more) potential, and missing out on ‘connecting’ with the Divine in your life, wherever you are! Next step! But, it doesn’t have to be this way! Don’t remain ‘asleep’. We want to work with you to show you your nobility, your purpose in life, the gifts that you have and which can be developed to reach your potential, how you relate to the Divine, and how you can live life to the full, and excel. Right now you can take the next step - by participating in a Caol Ait session or event - and so grow, mature, be challenged, and be the person you are destined to ‘be’.  Now it the time!
